At Dairah Technologies, we understand the importance of protecting the personal information of our users and we take the privacy of our users very seriously. Our workforce management tool, which is cloud-based, collects, uses, and stores certain personal information in order to provide the best possible service to our customers.
Collection of Personal Information
We collect personal information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, job titles, department, and company size when our users register for our service or update their account information. Additionally, we may also collect information from our users’ devices, such as IP addresses and device identifiers, as well as information about usage of our service. Our facial recognition AI system also collects images of our users for the purpose of enabling secure access to our system.
Use of Personal Information
We use the personal information collected from our users to provide and improve our service, to contact users with updates and information about their account, and to respond to customer service requests. We may also use the information for research and development purposes, as well as for marketing and advertising efforts.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without the consent of the user, except in the following cases:
- We may disclose personal information to comply with legal requirements, such as a subpoena or court order.
- We may disclose personal information to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company or our users.
- We may disclose personal information to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

We store personal information on secure servers and use encryption to protect sensitive information. Our facial recognition AI system also uses advanced security features to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the images it processes.
We retain personal information for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal requirements. Once the personal information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted from our systems.

Data Processing Agreement
If you are located in the European Union, we will enter into a data processing agreement with you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure that your personal information is protected.
Our workforce management tool may integrate with or utilize third-party services, such as cloud storage providers or analytics platforms. These third-party services have their own privacy policies and we encourage our users to review them before sharing any personal information with them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party services.
Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete that information from our systems.
We will provide our users with a copy of their personal information upon request. We will export the data in commonly used formats like CSV, Excel and PDF.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify our users as soon as possible and take steps to secure the personal information that was compromised. We will also notify the relevant authorities as required by law.
